Bookings

All Bookings are confirmed once a deposit has been made of the final fee, the balance can be paid before or on the day to a staff member or a entertainer. This is a non refundable deposit once payment has been made, all prices quoted reflect the detail given at the time of booking, however if you change the time or location or number of children please be aware a change in fee could take effect. If you need to cancel your event for any reason, for Alternative day, please contact us as soon as possible to check availability.

The balance of the booking will need to be paid in cash prior to the staff attending starting their appearance or service Please provide in an envelope.  We can also except check payments but this will need to be paid 10 days  prior to the event so we can make sure that it is cleared.

If you are paying with someone else’s card, or a  Family member or friend is paying your deposit on your behalf,  you will need to inform us of this at the time of booking, as for any chargebacks will be reported to the police.
 
All parties and events booked will need to be confirmed via email to ensure all details are correct and a confirmation and acceptance email or letter sent.  If we do not receive a response from you in writing  we will assume all the details are correct. 


Some of our services require selection choices, like the chocolate Fountain, slush Puppy machine, pick and mix or candy floss Machine,  if we do not receive your choices within seven days of your event in writing, we will automatically provide you with the popular choices the most people goes for with these items.


All items and services are subject to availability so before making your
purchase on line we advise you to check availability with us,  For
the date, time and  Service you require  before making your purchase on
line to avoid disappointment. This can be done by via our Contacts us
page, email or phone.  Once customers have checked availability we
advise to make your purchase within 24 hours as availability is subject
to change.

Our Staff

All our staff will be treated with respect on the day and allowed a safe and private place to get into there costume if they are an entertainer! After 20-30 min each member of staff inside a mascot will require a 5 min break to get a drink of water to avoid over-heating!!

Please do not let older children or teenagers to ‘harass’ the mascots! This spoils it for the younger ones and also can be dangerous and damage the mascots! Also please ensure children are not allowed to throw drinks or get paint/ice creams near the costumes as cleaning them is an expensive job!
All of our mascots & costumes are lookalike tribute & Fancy dress costumes if you require a licensed costumes please contact the licensed holders.

Equipment

Please ensure there is a nearby parking space for our staff as the mascots, Entertainers, Soft Play and other equipment can big and bulky! When booking Soft Play Equipment please make sure that you have adequate spare, as soft play can be reduce on the day but the price will still remain the same.

Please make sure that when booking the soft play or a bouncy castle you have booked a place with suitable access for the equipment to be transported in, as we have the right to withdraw from booking if there is not suitable access on the day & this will incur lost of your deposit.

Please make sure that there is a suitable adult to supervisor the soft play equipment and inflatable or you will be responsible for cost of any damage to the equipment.

We will acknowledge all complained on receipt of your letter or email & will respond within 14 days.

Note: contractors and third-party event company

Once a confirmation has been received to us, this means the booking has been confirmed and  we have committed to providing this service for your event. If the event is cancelled 3 days before the event or on the day, full payment will still be required.


If a booking is cancelled before the event once booking has been confirmed you will be required to pay the deposit of the service you have booked.

Invoice & Payment

All invoice for our services will need to be paid within 5 working days of us completing the service, failure to do this may result in legal action unless another payment agreement has been agreed prior in writing or for the option of cash or cheque to be paid on the day of the event.
